Our services are intended for educational purposes. You agree to use our platform responsibly and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. You must: • Provide accurate and complete information during registration • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials • Not share your account access with others • Not reproduce, distribute, or sell course materials without permission • Not engage in any activity that disrupts our services We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

All course fees must be paid in full before accessing course materials unless otherwise agreed upon through our installment plans. Refund Policy: • Full refund available within 7 days of enrollment if no course content has been accessed • Partial refunds (50%) may be considered within 14 days on a case-by-case basis • No refunds after 14 days or if more than 25% of course content has been accessed • Processing fees are non-refundable Payment plans and special arrangements must be discussed with our admissions team.

All content on the ICTD platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video content, course materials, and software, is the property of ICTD or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the materials for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only. Any unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial use of our content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. ICTD does not guarantee: • Specific career outcomes or job placements • Uninterrupted or error-free access to our platform • That course content will meet all individual learning requirements To the maximum extent permitted by law, ICTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

ICTD reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes through email or platform notifications.
